Welcome to TELL Counseling. We offer a broad array of mental health care services by multidisciplinary and multilingual therapists and psychologists. Our staff and clinicians are committed to providing high standards of mental health care in Japan.
TELL Counseling is a provider of CIGNA International, TriCare, HTH International and GeoBlue Insurance, as well as Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for companies, such as Human Dynamic, Workplace Options, ComPsych Corporation, Shepell FGI, and Peacemind-JEAP.

We are currently accepting:
– Adult clients requesting online teletherapy sessions Monday through Friday 9 AM – 8 PM
– Adult clients requesting in-person sessions Monday through Friday
Please note that due to high demand, we may need to place you on our waitlist until we find an available suitable provider for your needs.
Due to an extended waitlist, we are currently not accepting:
– Child clients (in-person and online)
– Adult clients requesting weekend sessions (in-person and online)
– All assessment requests until October 1

We practice state-of-the-art standards of care in the mental health field through professional face-to-face and virtual counseling services.
All clinicians working at TELL Counseling are governed by the ethical and professional guidelines regarding confidentiality applicable to their professional membership (e.g. American Psychological Association, National Association of Social Workers).
Clients’ personal information is kept strictly confidential within the clinic, including the electronic data. Client files are stored in a secure location and are accessible only by staff of this clinic. We do not share information with others unless the clients have given us written permission to do so.
