Important Notice from TELL Tokyo Office

For child clients and clients requesting sessions after 3 pm on weekdays and all day on weekendsDue to high demand, we are currently unable to accept new child clients and also clients who are requesting sessions after 3 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. This change will go into effect starting January 20th, and we are working diligently to open up availability as soon as possible. In the meantime, please kindly note that TELL LifeLine and chat will remain available so please utilize these resources if you are in need of speaking to someone. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.

*Please note that all of our counseling sessions are by appointment only. We cannot make same-day appointments.

STEP 2. Fill out the Theranest intake form online

After submitting the secure google form above, our office will invite you to join our health management website called Theranest. Follow the instructions to join the Client Portal and fill out the necessary intake form(s). The information you provide will help us connect you with the clinician who can best match your needs.

clock118STEP 3. Wait for your therapist to contact you for scheduling

Our Clinical Director will review your intake form and select the clinician who can best assist you. Your provider will then contact you directly via email to arrange schedules and schedule your first appointment.

waiting2STEP 4. On the Appointment Date

If you are requesting subsidized therapy fees, please bring a copy of your household income verification (If you have not submitted the form prior to the appointment). When you arrive for your session, please have a seat in the waiting room. Your provider will come to meet you there. One session lasts 50 minutes.

Note:

We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation. A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment.
