Johanna Lee (LPC)

Johanna Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) experienced in providing teens, adults, and couples a safe therapeutic space. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings to address addiction, trauma, relationship issues, mood disorders, anxiety, and more. Her goal is to help clients recognize and utilize existing strengths while encouraging them to gather new skills and/or experiences for personal growth.


As a veteran, she is also deeply passionate about helping military members and their families with chronic stress, deployment, and other adjustment issues related to the lifestyle. Johanna earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University. She uses a collaborative, personalized approach, with aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and motivational interviewing. Therapy simply cannot be “one size fits all,” and she believes creativity and uniqueness should be celebrated.
