TELL Counseling provides confidential and comprehensive mental health services for the increasingly diverse international community. TELL Counseling offers confidential face-to-face and distance counseling psychotherapy services for adult individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. We have counseling centers in Tokyo and Okinawa. We also provide professional and secure Telehealth Counseling. Our diverse therapist team provides counseling services in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Cantonese.

All clinicians working at TELL Counseling are governed by the ethical and professional guidelines regarding confidentiality applicable to their professional membership (e.g. American Psychological Association, National Association of Social Workers).

Clients’ personal information is kept strictly confidential within the clinic, including the electronic data. Client files are stored in a secure location and are accessible only by staff of this clinic. We do not share information with others unless the clients have given us written permission to do so.
