March 8th marks International Women’s Day. A day to celebrate the social, political, cultural and economic achievements women have made around the world. Since the first recorded International Women’s Day was celebrated in 1909, many positive changes have been seen, such as women’s right to work; to vote; to property; to control over their bodies and reproductive rights. TELL Runathon on May 27 in Partnership with Second Harvest Japan

This year’s TELL Runathon has been reinvented as the Sound Mind, Sound Body Run & Walk, a celebration of mental and physical good health organized in partnership with our good friends at Second Harvest Japan. The Sound Mind, Sound Body Run & Walk will take place at the Tama River (Tamagawa) running course on Saturday, May 27th, and all proceeds from the event will support TELL and Second Harvest Japan, accredited not-for-profit organizations. Meet TELL Therapist Dr. Jaime Hopkins

Dr. Jaime Hopkins was born and raised in Maryland and is an unapologetic Baltimore Ravens fan. With a distaste for cold weather and chilly climates, she migrated south for her education, receiving her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2005 from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and post-doctoral training at the University of Miami School of Medicine.  Read more »
