Every Step Makes a Difference

The Step Up Challenge is about more than counting steps. It’s about starting conversations, building connections, and reminding people that mental health matters.

Every step taken and every post shared helps raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health. We are grateful to everyone who participated, encouraged others, and helped make the 2026 challenge a success.

Thank you for stepping up with TELL! We look forward to the Tokyo Tower Climb on April 17, 2027. Save the date!
