Michelle will inspire you to seek moments to slow down and provide practical ways you can use approachable mindful tools even in the busiest and chaotic times of your life. Michelle has taught yoga and mindfulness for 18 years to those living with chronic disease, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and traumatic loss. She is a somatically-trained psychotherapist who specializes in working with trauma in both couples and individuals.
