H.E. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark Freddy Svane and Mrs. Lise Frederiksen are pleased to announce a Salon Evening with Piano and Tenor at the Danish Embassy to benefit TELL.
Concert pianist Naomi Suzuki and tenor Kouji Kitano will present “A Collection of Serene & Comforting Musical Gems”
Naomi has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls worldwide, taking her to over 20 countries, with performances in Vienna, Copenhagen, London, Tokyo, and Accra. Naomi has been an active member of several charities, holding fundraising concerts to support women’s groups, infant malaria prevention work in Ghana and now mental health in Japan.
Kouji Kitano has performed in numerous operas including “Cosi fan tutte,” “Don Giovanni,” “The Barber of Seville,” “L’elisir d’amore”, “Pashioneman”, and “Veronique”. He studied under Saburo Miike and Kenji Murata and is a member of the Itabashi Music Performers’ Association.
Both Naomi and Kouji are Japanese licensed psychologists who are passionate about supporting those with mental health issues and have generously donated their time and talents to raise awareness of these issues in Japan and TELL’s services in the community.
