Saturday, April 15th at 10 a.m – 11 a.m Sunabe Beach
We are entering beach season! The beach is a great place to practice mindfulness. Kelly will be guiding us on how we can reflect on our emotions and heal in nature. We’ll search for items that represent emotions and feel the environment with our five senses. She will also talk us through the benefits of being near water to reduce stress or anxiety.
Space is limited to 12 families.
Children of all ages are welcome to join! ※Children must be accompanied by their parents the whole time. We will not be responsible for any accidents.
