This one-time session will provide a sampling of the approaches used in a Creative Arts Therapy Group. TELL Psychotherapists Akiko Ogawa & Ashly Schanback Ishii will help participants to be creative together, exploring the themes of body, relationship, and mind via elements of psychodrama and dance movement therapy.
