The Visa Information Line provides immigrant and non-immigrant vis information to callers 24 hours a day by voice and fax in japanese or English, as well as operator service between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (except Japanese and US holidays). Please note that there is a fee charged for this service, payable by the following credit cards:Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Amex. The cost for the voice and fax messages are 840 each. You can talk to a live operator after listening to one voice message, and the cost is 840 yen for every six minutes with the maximum time being 18 minutes.
