This organization provides information about medical institutions with staff who speak foreign languages and information about the medical and health insurance systems in Japan. Translation service through phone is also available for foreign patients visiting a hospital if their treatment is not going to be carried out smoothly because of language difficulty. Emergency medical interpretation in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Thai available under 03-5285-8185 weekdays from 17:00 – 20:00, weekends & holidays 09:00 – 20:00.
