Launched in fall of 2007, TELL’s Educational Support Services (TESS) offers educational, developmental and psychosocial assessment services, consultation and resource referrals in English and Japanese. This service is designed to assist in determining children’s educational strengths and needs, and to offer recommendations and support to families and educators who use our service.
