The school curricula are based on the requirements for secondary education in Russian Federation to get students ready for entering universities in Russia. There are 11 grades and a school preparation group. All subjects are taught in Russian although the needs of students whose native language is other than Russian are taken into account. There are many international students mostly from Uzbekhistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Mongolia etc. Apart from on-campus learning, there are distant learning and part-time learning programmes for those who live far from Tokyo and/or prefer to go to Japanese or international schools and get a Russian diploma of secondary education as well.
