March 27th (Mon)
6:00 – 7:30 PM JST on ZOOM
The Tree of Life is a drawing and reflection exercise that helps us to consider our lives in the form of a tree. We’ll use this metaphor to identify our strengths, drawing from our own cultural and personal histories.

The main part of the workshop is designed to be experiential, which invites you to engage in art-making and some resourcing exercises. So, please understand that entry after 10 minutes into the session’s start time will not be encouraged, to make the shared virtual space as safe as possible. If you know that you will be late, please let us know in advance.
In preparation, please consider:
- Art & Drawing/ Writing Materials: papers, and colouring materials of your choice (crayons, colour pencils and/or pens etc). This is essential to get the best out of this workshop
- The space you will be using for the session: ideally a private space where you feel comfortable and safe
- Where you might set up your laptop/device: If possible, not having a light source from a window behind you can help.
- Objects/ movement props: please bring an object or a prop that helps you feel comfortable, pleasant or give you a sense of strength during the session(i.e. blanket, soft ball, cushion, scarf etc) “
