Join TELL for a Slow Yarn (both knitters and crocheters welcome) where we slow down and become present with our needles (or hook) and yarn. Jack and Michelle, avid knitters and mental health advocates, will guide you through a 30 minute embodied mindful knitting session. Afterward we will share together as we reflect and chat while clicking through whatever project you have on the needles. Participants must have basic knitting skills of cast-on and knit stitch, that’s it!
