As part of Pride Month, the members of LGBTQIA＋Ally are continuing their mission of advocating for education and acceptance within the community. In times of both celebration and growth, let’s come together and also honor our well-being.
TELL Therapist, Sheila Marczak, Ph.D. will introduce ways to build greater self-awareness and comprehend your own mental health through a discussion exercise and engaging in building a self-care toolbox!
＊The presentation will be held in English, and slides will be bilingual with English and Japanese (Interpretation is available for the discussion exercise).
