Ashly Schanback, Certified Clinical Psychologist, TELL Psychotherapist & Dr. Akio Oshima, Ph.D, Clinical Psychologist, Certified Public Psychologist

Psychodrama is an experiential form of psychotherapy that uses action methods, with which issues or problems and their possible solutions are enacted rather than just talked about. There is no advice-giving, as all insights come from group members themselves, rather than the workshop leaders.

Conducting psychodrama online is a new endeavor borne of the pandemic and differs from face-to-face psychodrama is certain ways. In this workshop, we will introduce the basics of psychodrama and then participants will have the chance to explore their own family relationships in a new way.

Location: Online via Zoom

This workshop is limited to 20 people.
This is a bilingual English/Japanese workshop.
