Exploring family relationships with psychodrama
Part of the Exceptional Parenting Program

Ashly Schanback, MS, TELL Psychotherapist & Dr. Akio Oshima, Ph.D, Clinical Psychologist & Certified Public Psychologist

Psychodrama is an experiential form of psychotherapy that uses action methods, with which issues or problems and their possible solutions are enacted rather than just talked about. Psychodrama offers the opportunity to practice new roles safely, see oneself from an outside perspective, gain insight, and change. In this workshop, we will introduce the basics of psychodrama and then participants will have the chance to explore their own family relationships in a new way.

Location: Wesley Center, 6-10-11 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku Tokyo

This workshop is limited to 30 people.
This is a bilingual English/Japanese workshop.
