Exploring family relationships with psychodrama

Psychodrama is an experiential form of psychotherapy that uses action methods, with which issues or problems and their possible solutions are enacted rather than just talked about. Psychodrama offers the opportunity to practice new roles safely, see oneself from an outside perspective, gain insight, and change. In this workshop, we will introduce the basics of psychodrama and then participants will have the chance to explore their own family relationships in a new way.
Location: Wesley Center, 6-10-11 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku Tokyo
This workshop is limited to 30 people.

サイコドラマを通して家族の違う立場を体験する
アシュリー・シャンバック（TELLサイコセラピスト）＆ 大島 朗生（臨床心理士・公認心理師・博士）
サイコドラマとはアクション・メソッドを用いる心理療法である。アクション・メソッドとは課題や問題の解決法について語るものはなく、その問題や解決法を演じる技法である。安全な場で自分自身を素直に表現してみることで、新しい役割を体験したり、自分のことを外から見たり、洞察に至ったり、変化したりする機会となる。このワークショップではサイコドラマの基礎概念を紹介してから、参加者の皆様が自分の家族関係をいつもと違う視点で体験できる。
