We all have experienced life changes, whether getting a new job or moving to a different city or country. Those moments can be exciting but also overwhelming at the same time. The presenters will guide us through signs of stress and anxiety and how it affects our mental well-being. In this workshop, we will introduce tools for natural ways to cope with worries and fear.
About the presenter: Wakako Minamoto Wood(MA) is a TELL therapist, trained in the USA, providing counseling online and In-person to families and children and individual adults or groups. Stephanie Singleton is a Yoga instructor (RYT 500, YTRx). She is the founder of Prana Wellness and is certified in trauma-conscious and perinatal yoga.
