Work is not always just about a source of income, and can play an important role in people’s lives. It can give a sense of purpose and achievement, becomes a part of our identities, and directly impacts our day-to-day lives. This in turn directly impacts our well-being.
The COVID-19 pandemic has allowed us to reevaluate our priorities, and for many of us, well-being has become a much higher priority.
In any organization, your people are your strongest asset. Organizations that demonstrate (and follow through) on commitment to employee wellbeing have happier, more productive employees, lower turnover rates, and stronger teams.
At TELL, we want to empower managers and organizations to lead their teams with well-being in mind, create safe and positive work environments and in turn deliver the results and meet their goals.
At TELL, we prioritize privacy and confidentiality for our clients. Our mental health services are compliant with the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and our clinic follows the ethical standards set out by the American Psychological Association (APA).
Our CSP/EAP, coaching, and consultation services are strictly confidential. No information regarding sessions with employees will be shared with a third party, including employers, without the written permission of the individual receiving our services. There are some exceptions to confidentiality, which you can learn about by clicking here.
