Lends wheelchairs to residents of Minato Ward (if have alien registration card) at 1000 yen for the first three months and 500 yen for additional 3 months. Maximum lending period is 6 months. Wheelchair rental: 03-3438-2200. Wheelchairs are provided free almost anywhere in Japan (when available).
