Tipness Gym Roppongi

Tipness Roppongi offers a lot of classes on top of the workout machines; you can take pilates, yoga, tai chi, karate, aerobics, step, aquatics, body conditioning, ballet and dance. There are instructors fluent in English and Spanish, and you can use their equipment to monitor your progress. they also have a pool.

English Hours: M-F 7:00am-23:00pm; sat 9:30am-22:00pm; sun & holidays 9:30am-20:00pm; closed 2nd Sun. & 3rd Thurs.
