Japanese Administrative Lawyers (Gyoseishoshi) are national licensed
specialists who mainly practice preparation and submission of documents for permission, approval, license, and so on to relevant governmental agencies or bureaus on behalf of clients. The Kanagawa Administrative Lawyers Association offers counselling (including free telephone counselling) by administrative lawyers on residence status, including permanent residency, naturalization, forming a corporation, wills, and more.
