Yumi was born and raised in Tokyo and has lived 20+ years overseas. The majority of that time was spent in Melbourne, Australia, where she completed dual Certificate IVs in Bookkeeping and Accounting. As she realized the love of helping people, she began pursuing her career as a customer service specialist in different business settings.
Before joining TELL, she worked for a global manufacturer as an Account Manager in Australia. She joined TELL in 2022 providing support for the Tokyo business office. Currently, she works as Intake Coordinator for Okinawa Office while providing support for the business office.
Outside of work, she is a busy volleyball mom who almost has no time for herself and has an ambition to dive deep into the world of fermentation. She learns Hula, loves the beautiful beaches of Okinawa and enjoys good food and wine.
