Cherie Adams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Texas. Cherie has been a social worker for 15 years. Cherie has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in social science.

Cherie became a social worker to help people make positive change in their lives.   Her experience includes working with families and children providing therapeutic services, case management and outreach. Cherie has worked with the Texas Department of State Health programs completing home visits and collaborating with families to address challenges with their children’s disability or medical condition. She has worked with the Family Advocacy Program by providing counseling and support to families and children, while also building on the family’s strength and resiliency.  Cherie has experience with the Community Counseling Program working with active-duty service members, dependents and Veterans. She has also worked in the capacity of a renal social worker, helping clients manage chronic illness, emotions and pain.

Cherie enjoys spending time with family- exploring. She also loves breakfast food, traveling, and reading.
