Mental Health Services for Foreigners in Japan

Being a foreigner in Japan can have its highs and lows. For many, language issues can make it challenging to know who you can turn to for help and support. TELL is here to help; you are not alone; we have a large list of resources and support across the country. Our Lifeline is there every day of the year from 9 AM – 11 PM and until 2 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Please check our social media for when we have chat or phone support.
With all the stressors and challenges of COVID-19, it is more important than ever to care for each other. If you are worried about someone, we also have information on our website on how to speak with someone and how to recognize the warning signs. Mental health can affect anyone, it doesn’t discriminate, and it is okay if you are not feeling okay.
Reach out to us; we are here for you.
