As we move toward Spring and warmer weather, this is the time to shake off the winter blues and start getting your mental and physical fitness routines going again. Join TELL on May 25, 2025 for the 2025 Tokyo Tower Climb, one of our signature Move for Mental Health events dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and supporting suicide prevention initiatives.
This exciting event calls on participants to ascend approximately 600 steps to reach the Main Deck of Tokyo Tower, standing 150 meters above the ground. While the climb requires some stamina, people of all ages are welcome to participate—whether you choose to sprint, jog, or walk at your own pace. There will be only 400 tickets. Please sign up early.
Over the years, the Tokyo Tower Climb has drawn enthusiastic participation from corporate teams, schools, community groups, and individual climbers. The 2023 climb, held on October 14th, saw an incredible turnout and successfully raised essential funds to support TELL Japan’s mental health services.
