In 2014, 25,000 people died by suicide in Japan, roughly 70 suicides every day. Suicide was also the leading cause of death for Japanese youths aged 10-19. Last year 4,600 Japanese youths died by suicide and another 157,000 instances of hospitalization for self-inflicted injuries were reported.

20th TELL Connoisseurs’ Auction on November 24

NOVEMBER 9, 2014 – TELL, a not-for-profit organization that has provided mental health support and counseling services to Japan’s international community for over 40 years, will host its 20th Annual Connoisseurs’ Auction at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo on Tuesday, November 24.
