Born and grew up in Okinawa (Native).
Lived in the US (California, Hawaii, and Georgia) for over 25 years and just returned in December of 2021 to take care of her elderly parents.
In the past, I served Community Base counseling to meet the clients at their locations (home and the school setting) and served broken families and their negative cycles and generation curses.
Graduated from the University of Maryland with a Masters in Education.
+CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational-Interviewing, Structural Family Therapy, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, play therapy approach, and talk (Narrative) therapy.
+children from age 4 to teens. I also am the mother of 4 children and understand kids’ challenges and trends.

+Read books (mystery, and Faith-based), go to beaches, and hang around with family and friends. Volunteered at a local church for children’s ministry, assisting and coordinating Japanese Christian to grow and facilitate the organization called “Celebrate Recovery” for 10 years. I participate Taiko group (Eisa, Okinawan traditional drum perform)
