Jin Montesano

Jin is the Director, Representative Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief People Officer of LIXIL Corporation. She joined the company in 2014 as Chief Public Affairs Officer and built a communications and global CR/sustainability strategy for the company, including the creation of SATO, the award-winning social enterprise tackling the challenges of global sanitation and hygiene. LIXIL expanded Jin’s remit in 2019. As Chief People Officer, she supports LIXIL’s transformation from a people and culture perspective. Originally from Honolulu, she was educated at Columbia and Princeton universities and has lived and worked in Brussels, Singapore, Bangkok, and now Tokyo.
