As TELL’s Lifeline Director, Arnold provides executive leadership for the organization’s telephone and chat-based crisis support services. His work focuses on ensuring that anyone in crisis has access to compassionate, trauma-informed lifeline support, while also supporting the staff and volunteers who provide that care.
