"I specialize in treating the behavioral health needs of families, couples, and those dealing with expatriate adjustment. I believe that life’s difficulties are inevitable, often leaving us stuck with invisible wounds. As a practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I’d like to help you get unstuck with therapy that encourages emotional resilience, emotional regulation, self-awareness development, and introspective strategies to help you overcome. Let’s try something new today!”

Originally from North Carolina, Ciji’s earliest efforts began in community mental health supporting at-risk families using evidence-based family preservation treatment methods. In the past five years, Ciji has worked internationally in South Korea, Germany, and Bahrain with expatriate individuals and families experiencing mental health needs ranging from high-functioning depression, anxiety, workplace stress, stress management, LGBTQ related issues, mood disorders, and parenting needs. Ciji is a current Doctoral candidate with the School of Social Policy & Practice at University of Pennsylvania and received her Masters in Social Work from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC.
