About Trauma-Informed Yoga:
Trauma-informed yoga is a gentle, choice-based approach to yoga that prioritizes safety, empowerment, and body awareness for individuals who have experienced trauma. It avoids triggering language or touch and encourages participants to move at their own pace in a supportive environment.
