Our individual counselling services typically begins at 50 minutes per session.  Counseling sessions are conducted in a private counseling room where your confidentiality is protected.

Common therapeutic approaches that our therapists provide include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy and Art Therapy.
